Pani puri, also known by the names of gol gappe, gup chup, phukcha. The fried street food is no stranger to Indians and is considered to be one amongst the most consumed street foods in India. The puris are made with semolina which are fried crisp and eaten with a mixture of flavoured water, made with tamarind chutney, chilli, chaat masala, cumin powder, potato, onion or chickpeas at home giving the same flavor as street one. How to make puris: Pour oil into the pan, heat oil hot for frying the puris, then put the puris in hot oil and serve for the dish.
